These Terms of Service govern your use of Violfi Internet Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Violfi’s services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into these terms or have obtained parental permission if you are a minor.
Services Offered
Violfi provides high-speed internet access and related services. Service availability may vary based on location and plan selection.
Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information for account setup and to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify Violfi immediately of any unauthorized use.
Usage Policies
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to using the service for illegal activities, including fraud or harassment, transmitting harmful or disruptive content, and gaining unauthorized access to networks or systems.
Service Interruptions
Violfi strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the internet. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen emergencies may result in temporary service disruptions.
Payment Terms
You agree to authorize your financial institution to automatically process payments for all services rendered. Keeping your payments in recurring agreement constitute in maintaining your service active. Monthly fees are due based on the plan selected.
Return & Refund Policy
All payments made for Violfi services are final. Because our services are delivered digitally and begin immediately upon activation, Violfi does not offer returns or refunds once service has started.
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- A duplicate charge caused by a system or processing error
- A service activation failure on Violfi’s end
- A billing charge processed after a valid cancellation request
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to use the service
- Service interruption caused by non‑payment
- Customer‑initiated cancellation after service has begun
By using Violfi’s services, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
Termination of Service
Violfi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. If payment does not process on the billing due date, your service may be interrupted. You may also terminate your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Violfi be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Modifications to Terms
Violfi may amend these Terms of Service at any time, with changes effective upon notification to you. Your continued use of the services after modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Violfi operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws.
